Job Overview:

We are looking for a pionate and experienced Zoho Sales Executive to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for managing sales inquiries generating leads and nurturing client relationships. As an expert in Zoho CRM you will play a crucial role in managing our sales pipeline and ensuring an excellent customer experience from initial contact to final sale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify leads through different channels and ensure they meet the companys criteria for business opportunities.
  • Sales Process Management: Handle incoming sales inquiries (calls and emails) ign leads to the appropriate sales representatives and ensure consistent followup.
  • CRM Management: Utilize Zoho CRM to track sales data monitor progress and optimize sales operations.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients guiding them through the sales funnel and addressing their needs effectively.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement lead generation and sales strategies to meet company goals and increase revenue.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and strategies.
  • Reporting: Regularly generate and present reports on sales performance lead generation activities and client engagement using Zoho tools.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales business development or a similar role preferably in the software or IT industry.
  • Zoho CRM Expertise: Handson experience with Zoho CRM is essential for this role.
  • Sales Ss: Proven success in lead generation client engagement and closing deals.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication ss.
  • Team Player: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve collective goals.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across various shifts when necessary.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness when handling client interactions and sales processes.
