This is a remote position.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through various channels such as cold calling emailing LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Research and identify potential leads based on the company s target market and ideal customer profile.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the IT services offered by the company and communicate value propositions effectively.
- Qualify leads by gathering information on their needs budget and timelines.
- Schedule meetings or calls for senior sales team members with qualified leads.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate and uptodate information on leads.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets and KPIs.
- ist in the preparation of sales presentations proposals and marketing materials.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new lead generation tools techniques and trends.
Requirements
- 0.4 to 1 year of experience in outbound lead generation cold calling or a similar role ideally within the IT services industry.
- Basic understanding of IT services software solutions or technology offerings.
- Strong verbal and written communication ss.
- Excellent interpersonal ss with a focus on building relationships.
- Selfmotivated proactive and able to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and lead generation tools is a plus (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Familiarity with basic sales and marketing strategies.
- Ability to handle rejection and persist in lead generation efforts.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing IT or related fields.
