- Responsible for Business Development Expansion Leading Growth Customer Relationship Development Customer Account Management New market exploration Potential customer identification Market analysis & research
- Develop and implement plans for strategic customer accounts that exceed expectations in revenue retention/growth profitability and customer satisfaction
- Responsible for meeting sales goals and overall quality of service.
- Maximize the satisfaction of customer's needs by identifying value engineering and cost reduction initiatives
- To build relationships with the leading OEM's in the Passenger Car / Utility Vehicle segment through periodic visits direct mailers seminars & conferences.
- Accountable and responsible to lead projects to achieve goals and objectives established during the initiation phase of the project and to manage subsequent changes to project scope throughout project life
- Supporting existing customers and programs on need basis.
- Organizing brand promotion activities through direct mailing advertising Internet promotions exhibitions and displays to attract potential customers
- To gather market intelligence on existing competition market pricing and distribution channels.
- Conduct market surveys/studies on the potential for new products to be introduced in the market.
- Accountable and responsible to lead projects to achieve goals and objectives established during the initiation phase of the project and to manage subsequent changes to project scope throughout project life.
- Developing techno commercial understanding to evaluate basic business opportunities to understand the business aspects in terms of revenue generation and to invest the resources on receival of RFQ. Working with CFT for feasibility cost estimation quote preparation.
