Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and peopledriven professional to join our dynamic IT sales team. As a Business Growth Personnel you will be responsible for identifying potential clients engaging in sales conversations and closing deals to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Client Engagement

  • Identify and connect with potential clients via LinkedIn industry events and online platforms.
  • Research prospects understand their business needs and present tailored IT solutions.

Sales & Relationship Management

  • Initiate and manage client interactions via calls emails and video meetings.
  • Guide clients through the sales process from first contact to deal closure.
  • Develop persuasive sales pitches to convert cold leads into longterm clients.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with marketing tech and operations teams for smooth project execution.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals presentations and outreach materials.

Market Research & Trend Analysis

  • Stay updated on IT trends SaaS solutions and emerging technologies.
  • Explore new business opportunities at tech conferences and networking events.

Sales Pipeline & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM software and analyze data for sales insights.
  • Ensure structured followups and communication with leads to maximize conversions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong communication skills confident in engaging international clients.
  • Quick learner with an adaptable and proactive approach.
  • Selfmotivated and resourceful in generating leads and sales opportunities.
  • Organized and datadriven with an analytical mindset.
  • Interest in IT solutions and emerging technologies.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent English communication (spoken & written).
  • Strong LinkedIn networking and research abilities.
  • Experience in online bidding tech forums or eventbased lead generation (preferred).
  • Fresh graduates from business sales psychology or hospitality backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
