Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Business Development (Pan India)

Job Location: Hyderabad Telangana India

Job Location Type: Remote

Job Contract Type: Fulltime

Job Seniority Level: Entry level

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Outreach: Visit hospitals distributors hospital stockists and doctors to promote Cytobiologics products.
  • Sales & Promotion: Educate healthcare professionals about our Immunoglobulin (IVIG) and Human Albuminproducts their benefits and their applications.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential customers generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including hospital procurement teams pharmacists and medical practitioners.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on competitor products pricing and market trends to provide strategic insights.
  • Product Training & Awareness: Conduct presentations and training sessions for healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Order Processing & Followups: Coordinate with internal teams for order placement invoicing and delivery tracking.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and market insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy Life Sciences Biotechnology or Business Administration(preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience: 0 – 5 years in pharmaceutical/biologics sales (Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome).
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with medical professionals.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle pricing discussions and close deals efficiently.
  • SelfMotivation: Goaldriven with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Willingness to Travel: Frequent travel to hospitals distributors and healthcare centers.
