Job Title: Process ociate / Subject Matter Expert (Fresher)
Company: 2Coms Group
Location: Beckbagan Kolkata
Duration: 2 months (Contractual)
Educational Qualification:
MBA in Finance from a reputed/toptier institution
Key Responsibilities:
- ist in process enhancement by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
- Conduct research and indepth ysis to support business improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with various teams to optimize workflows and eliminate process gaps
- Support in strategic planning and for key business initiatives
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for financerelated process improvements
- yse financial data and provide actionable insights to senior teams
- Direct Reporting to CEO Sir
Ss & Competencies:
- Strong ytical and problemsolving abilities
- Knowledge of process optimization and business efficiency
- Basic understanding of strategic planning processes
- Ability to identify process gaps and suggest improvements
