Job Description
Join a dynamic and fastpaced Fortune 200 Dairy Food Manufacturing company as an HR Manager leading human resources for a large 24/7 operation with 3 plants on 40 acres. This role oversees HR services for approximately 500 hourly union employees and 80 management and office staff. As a strategic business partner you will have the opportunity to impact operations drive results and lead a team of five HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to improve business effectiveness.
- Oversee HR operations including employee relations labor law compliance and team management.
- Provide leadership coaching and guidance to promote employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with California labor laws and union regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10 years of HR experience in manufacturing/production environments with at least 3 years in a union facility.
- PHR or SPHR certification (strongly preferred).
- Proven experience managing HR teams and working in large companies.
- Expertise in California labor laws.
- Strong leadership collaboration and problemsolving ss.
