Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location:
Remote (PST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1200 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and detailoriented Executive Assistant to support the Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling email management document drafting and operational support. This role will involve managing multiple projects coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations Manager with scheduling email management and meeting coordination.
  • Draft and organize documents reports and communications for various projects.
  • Create diagrams and flowcharts to document and improve operational procedures.
  • Manage travel arrangements prepare meeting agendas and track followups on action items.
  • Maintain organized records of important files and operational documentation.
  • Help manage and track operational projects ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Operations Manager.
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role ideally supporting an operations executive.
  • Excellent organizational communication and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to draft documents and create operational workflow diagrams.
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.

NicetoHaves:

  • Prior experience in operations or supporting highlevel executives.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
