Job Description

Job Summary/Purpose:
Sell Commercial Vehicles brands in order to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction index.
Responsibilities:

Operational:
1. Identify target customers and ensure proper market coverage with regular customer visits.
2. Analyze the customer requirements and recommend the best suitable product.
3. Visit the customer sites as required and arrange product demo as required.
4. Prepare and submit quotations on time to the customer with all the necessary specifications.
5. Submit the customer visit report on a daily or weekly basis to the concerned manager.
6. Ensure proper followup on the quotation submitted and submit Loss sales reports on regular basis.
7. Provide accurate sales forecast based on the enquiries and upcoming projects in the market to plan and order necessary stock.
8. Maintain accurate customer database and ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Liaise with the parts and service department in case of customer complaints to ensure the problem is resolved in a timely manner.
10. Prepare complete and accurate documentations for all sales deals including sales order form signed by the line manager to be forwarded to sales admin along with customer LPO and supporting documents.
11. Keep track of competitive activities and provide necessary feedback to the management including specifications prices market and project updates.
12. Receive customers on sales floor and determine make type quality and specifications of commercial vehicle desired.
13. Explain features of the commercial vehicles in showroom and demonstrate operation of vehicles by conducting road test.
14. Arrange display of products in the showroom to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
15. Coordinate/Communicate with the Principals on the technical aspects of the products.
16. Participate in product promotion campaigns.
17. Prepare customer itinerary for the visits of Principal representatives as and when required.
Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.
Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal communication portals.
Adhere to AlSayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
