Job Description
Proactively identify new leads through various channels such as social media editorials referrals Slack and any other source.
Adding leads to Salesforce and ensuring they are assigned to the correct sales reps.
Validate leads and ensure all necessary information is accurately documented in Salesforce.
Validate and upload the partner documents signed by sales reps onto Salesforce.
Add menu images and descriptions while uploading documents to ensure partners have an attractive and comprehensive menu once live.
Ensure smooth onboarding processes for partners and take the needed steps to solve for failed onboarding cases proactively.
Follow up with internal teams when needed to ensure successful onboarding of vendors.
Support the team in other tasks or projects as needed.

Bachelors degree or equivalent education.
Prior experience in an administrative support role preferred but not required.
Familiarity with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
