Expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager SCCM
Expertise with Microsoft Intune and Azure AD
Experience with Windows Autopilot and Modern Management practices
Knowledge of MacOS and iOS device management solutions in Intune and Apple SchoolBusiness Manager
Software Packaging and Deployment
Proficiency in application packaging
Experience with software distribution and update management
Expertise in PowerShell
Security and Compliance
Strong understanding of endpoint security best practices and standards
Experience implementing and managing security policies eg BitLocker Windows Defender Conditional Access
Knowledge of compliance standards eg GDPR HIPAA ISO 27001
Infrastructure and Cloud Services
Experience with Microsoft Azure
Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop
