Job Overview:

As a Support Coordinator you will deliver firstlevel support by troubleshooting and documenting issues coordinate escalations for complex problems and collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless product support. Your role also involves maintaining detailed documentation and supporting Azure solution implementation while addressing technical challenges effectively.

Shift: Shifting Schedule (Morning to Midshift/Night Shift)
Work Setup: Hybrid Makati/Ortigas; onsite for 6 months then hybrid afterwards (3 days in the office and 2 days work from home)

Delivering Solutions with a Smile

  • Provide firstlevel support for tickets including troubleshooting mechanics and documentation.
  • Coordinate escalation processes for complex issues ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
  • Work closely with the global support team to deliver comprehensive product support on a global scale.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of support activities solutions and ongoing issues.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address and resolve technical challenges effectively.
  • Support the implementation of Azure solutions and provide Azurerelated assistance as needed.


Requirements

Your Service Excellence Toolkit

  • 35 years of experience in a support role focusing on ticket management and technical troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge of Azure is beneficial with the ability to support and assist with Azurerelated queries.
  • Experience with mechanics and escalation coordination in a technical support environment.
  • Strong documentation skills with the ability to maintain accurate records of support activities and solutions.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with global teams and manage support tasks across different time zones.
