Overview of the Position As a Customer Service Representative you will be an integral part of our team responsible for delivering outstanding service to our valued customers. This entrylevel position offers an opportunity to interact with customers address inquiries and resolve issues contributing to our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities - Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products/services pricing and policies.
- Assist customers with order placement tracking and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Uphold company standards for customer service excellence.
Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in ecommerce is a plus
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating software applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
