Job Description
Position: Publisher Operations Support
Working Hours: M F 9 AM 5:30 PM EST
Monthly Rate: $1000 $1600(the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Publisher Operations Support. The key focus of this position is on ad quality ensuring that all of our supply meets our industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Auditing supply against our ad quality standards both pre and post integration working with both our publisher development team and operations team.
- Serve as the main point of contact for our internal teams responding to their inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of our publishers identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
- Regular account analysis and review providing updates on daily saved reporting for fluctuations in filtering.
Skills and Requirements
2 years of experience in digital advertising preferably with a focus on publisher management.
VPN experience within a previous position
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with publishers and internal stakeholders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Familiarity with publisher integration methods and programmatic advertising.
Working knowledge of OpenRTB protocol and auction dynamics (A PLUS)
Ability to work within Eastern Time Zone
Good to excellent written and verbal communication skills.
