We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. This role requires strong organizational skills a customercentric approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Assist in the daytoday operations including inventory management order processing and logistics coordination.
- Customer Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of efficient processes and procedures.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory orders and customer interactions ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing and product development to support overall business objectives.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to customers and internal teams on the use and functionality of neuromodulation wearable devices.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operational role preferably within the medical device or neurotechnology industry.
- Customer Service: Proven experience in a customerfacing role with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using operational and CRM software; familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- ProblemSolving: Demonstrated ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
