ABOUT THE TEAM

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Business Development Manager who is passionate about helping sellers succeed. In this role you will empower and support sellers through every step of their onboarding journey ensuring their success and fostering strong lasting relationships. Your efforts will directly impact our platforms growth by attracting highquality sellers and ensuring their longterm success. Your Main Responsibilities

    • Empower and guide new marketplace sellers through the entire onboarding process including registration training and seamless integration into the platform.
    • Support sellers by providing clear and empathetic guidance on platform rules policies and best practices ensuring they feel confident and equipped for success.
    • Nurture seller growth by monitoring performance offering constructive feedback and recommending improvements that enhance their journey on the platform.
    • Provide caring and attentive technical support to address and resolve seller issues ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout their experience.
    • Foster strong lasting relationships with sellers through regular communication making sure their needs are met and their voices are heard.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to suggest improvements and process enhancements continually refining the seller onboarding experience to be more efficient and inclusive.
    • Lead with care by overseeing key onboarding milestones including test orders to ensure sellers are fully prepared and confident before going live.

What Were Looking For

    • Extensive experience in ecommerce sales or marketplace management with a strong track record in nurturing seller recruitment and onboarding.
    • Proficiency in English and nativelevel fluency in Arabic enabling you to communicate clearly and empathetically with a diverse group of sellers.
    • Indepth familiarity with ecommerce platforms and the ability to thoughtfully troubleshoot technical issues related to seller onboarding.
    • A peoplefirst mindset with a strong focus on resolving issues quickly and ensuring sellers feel valued and supported.
    • An entrepreneurial collaborative and resultsdriven attitude with the ability to work independently while staying connected to the team.
    • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to creatively and effectively address challenges to support and uplift sellers.

We embrace a hybrid working model that seamlessly blends the best of both worldsremote productivity and the collaborative energy of our vibrant offices. Every month we gather at our offices once to work side by side fostering in person communication and embracing the camaraderie that fuels our team spirit. These sessions are crucial for teamwork in solving complex issues socializing learning from each other and experiencing our culture.

Each division has a preset optional office day each week. Based on our preferences we come together at our offices at our discretion as an opportunity to feel more team spirit immerse in our culture and familiarize ourselves with our way of workings.

We offer the opportunity for a twomonth full remote work program allowing you to work from abroad during the summer period (July to August).
