Job Description
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field. Training certificates in reservations management are an added advantage.
Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively manage and organize the reservation system, including handling reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
Ability to communicate: Strong skills in communicating with customers, business teams, and suppliers to meet booking needs and solve problems.
Team Management: Ability to lead and direct a team of reservations staff, including coaching, evaluating and motivating the team.
Data Analysis: Ability to analyze booking data to identify trends and opportunities and improve performance.
