Job Title: Sales Executive
Industry: Logistics/Clearing/Forwarding
Reporting To: Commercial Manager
Job Purpose:
Drive the growth of the companys thirdparty logistics (3PL) services by prospecting selling and maintaining strong customer relationships. Achieve sales targets develop new business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert leads through cold calling and maintain a full sales pipeline.
- Present company services to prospects building strong longterm relationships.
- Conduct regular visits to prospects and clients to drive business growth.
- Perform costbenefit analyses and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve annual growth targets for revenue profit and volume.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Negotiate contracts and manage client accounts.
- Oversee internal sales team performance and ensure CRM data accuracy.
- Conduct competitor analysis and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Coordinate with Operations to meet customer expectations.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Sales and Marketing Business Logistics or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent diploma).
- 5 years of outside sales experience with a strong track record and existing shipper relationships.
- Experience in logistics clearing forwarding and 3PL services.
- Proficiency in ERP systems CRM software and Windowsbased programs (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Proven sales success in air ocean freight transit import and export services.
