Are you a Senior Recruitment Consultant or a Recruitment Manager with a background in Tech Recruitment and looking for a new challenge? We are currently looking for someone to join the business and grow our tech business, creating a team and becoming a leader in the business. Depending on your level of experience a base salary of 28,000 - 40,000 is on offer as well as a generous uncapped commission scheme and a variety of other perks too.

About us

Antony James were established during lockdown November 2020 and have grown to 12 members of staff. We have a real passion for recruitment and see building lasting relationships with our colleagues, clients and candidates all as equally important. We have built great client relationships across the UK in multiple sectors from SMEs to major corporates. We are looking to grow the team this year adding in a few experienced heads in certain fields to then grow and nurture teams. To help us scale the business we are now looking to hire a Tech Recruiter who wants to grow in to a Manager, or a Manager who is looking for an exciting new journey.

About you

We are working already with a wide range of Tech businesses on a variety of so this is a warm desk with jobs to go at from day one, you will however still be a real go getter and someone who likes to develop new relationships as well as manage existing clients too. You will have an excellent track record in recruiting/billing. Ideally you will have experience training, mentoring or developing other recruiters, or have a real passion to do so and be ready to take the step in to management.

What can we offer?

For the right person we are happy to offer a base salary of between 28,000 to 50,000 as well as a very generous and uncapped commission scheme and a management override too as the team grows. Commission starts at 15% rising to 30% with low thresholds and you will be able to earn up to 4 pay rises per year based on billings you will never have to ask for a pay rise! You will have the opportunity to work from our lovely office in Severalls Business Park 5 days if you prefer, but will be able to work 2 days from home.
