Job Description

Roles and responsibilities


The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee and drive the talent acquisition strategies and operations for Majid Al Futtaim Properties. The TA Executive will also be accountable for ensuring a positive candidate experience across all touch points of the recruitment process as well as working closely with the Hiring Manager and Human Capital team to ensure recruitment effectiveness.

ROLE PROFILE

Manage relationships with Candidates and Hiring Managers, striving to create an exceptional experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
Work collaboratively with the internal stakeholders such as the Talent Acquisition Director, Talent Acquisition COE, and Talent Sourcing to ensure optimum recruitment strategies are applied to each search.
Advise and support hiring managers on best practices, policies and procedures throughout the hiring journey.
Oversee the recruitment process for their specified company, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
Implement Competency and Performance Based hiring methods to assess and select the best talent for the business.
Implement and monitor key performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function.
Offer management and negotiation with selected candidates in an efficient and timely manner.
Stay updated with the latest trends in talent acquisition and bring best practices and innovative solutions to their business, and regularly review and refine recruitment processes in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence.
Full-Cycle Recruitment:

Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of positions, including senior-level, technical, and executive roles.
Source and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate pipelines to ensure the best candidates are selected.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient decision-making.
Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Strategic Sourcing:

Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.
Leverage tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking events) to find and attract top talent, including those with hard-to-find skill sets.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to address future staffing needs.
Use data and analytics to evaluate sourcing channels and refine strategies to improve candidate quality and time-to-hire.


Desired candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any relevant field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong track record in recruitment management.
Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools and Interviewing skills / techniques.
Team oriented, flexible, and enthusiastic with a positive and committed approach.
Excellent English level.
Excellent communications and organization skills.
Sourcing Expertise: Ability to use various sourcing channels and strategies to find top talent, including passive candidates.
Interviewing Skills: Strong interview techniques, including competency-based and behavioral interviewing, to assess candidates effectively.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate job offers, including salary, benefits, and other terms, ensuring both candidate satisfaction and organizational alignment.
Data-Driven: Ability to use recruitment metrics and analytics to drive decisions and process improvements.
Stakeholder Management: Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders, particularly hiring managers and HR teams.
Employer Branding: Knowledge of employer branding techniques and the ability to promote the company’s culture and values to potential candidates.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of employment laws, diversity and inclusion principles, and ethical recruitment practices.
