The Finance Business Partner (FBP) provides holistic financial support to the Pharma MCO markets She/He is in charge of financial business partnering, in order to ensure achievement of business objectives, focusing on growth and transformation.

The FBP aims at maximizing growth and profitability of growth assets as well as cash generation (notably through flawless execution of divestments).

She / He ensures focus on bold new approaches (e.g. digital), promotes innovation, speed and agility to reach these objectives.

The FBP works in partnership with local and global teams to steer the business, leveraging best practices sharing and scale up, giving opportunities for people to develop new skills and gain diversified experience.
