Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing toptier professionals who share our passion for excellence. Youll be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and key competencies.
- Utilise multiple channels to source candidates including job boards social media and networking events.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
- Provide detailed feedback and consultative support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure uptodate and accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with HR teams to support onboarding and other HRrelated functions.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Time Management: Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently.
- Mass hiring experience is a must
- Call center experience is a must
- Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing a quality experience for all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Teamwork: Highly collaborative able to work well within and across diverse teams.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Experience: Proficient in using ATS systems and other recruitment technologies.
- English Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written.
