Job Title : Head Of Operations Technical Services

Location: Ras Laffan Al Khor and Al Thakhira Municipality Qatar

Education & Certification:

Bachelor’s Degree in related Engineering field (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation)

Additional degree in Business Administration would be a plus.

Experience:

Minimum 12 years of work experience in a similar role including extensive experience of managing a busy multidisciplined maintenance facility along with the provision of site based services within the oil and gas sector.

Overview:

As the Head of Operations for our Technical Services Team you will play a critical role in overseeing and enhancing the operational efficiency effectiveness and safety of our services including full P&L accountability. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving profitability operational efficiency and growth while ensuring the delivery of highquality services to our clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

P&L Management: Assume full accountability for the business's Profit and Loss (P&L) performance including revenue growth cost management job profitability manpower utilization and profitability optimization.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth expand market presence and achieve financial targets in alignment with the company's overall objectives.

Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for all operational activities including project execution resource allocation and risk management to ensure the successful delivery of engineering services.

Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis forecasting and reporting to monitor performance identify trends and make datadriven decisions to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients understand their needs address their concerns and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Business Development: Work with the Sales Team to identify new business opportunities pursue strategic partnerships and lead the development of proposals and bids to expand the division's client base and revenue streams.

Team Management: Lead motivate and develop a highperforming team of engineers project managers and support staff fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain robust quality control processes to ensure the delivery of highquality services that meet or exceed client expectations and comply with industry standards and regulations.

Health Safety and Environment (HSE): Promote a culture of safety environmental responsibility and regulatory compliance throughout the organization prioritizing the wellbeing of employees and stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for process optimization innovation and cost reduction to enhance operational efficiency competitiveness and profitability.
