Job Description

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role you will act as the first point of contact for customers addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be expected to provide excellent service and build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs.
  • Track customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Assist in processing orders and returns.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and service offerings.

 


Qualifications :

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and customer service software.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
