Blue Print Out is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Philadelphia PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support ensuring that our clients receive timely and accurate information. As part of the customer service team you will play a key role in helping customers resolve issues improve their experience with our company and contribute to the overall satisfaction of our client base.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide information regarding products services and orders.
- Resolve customer issues by determining the cause of the problem and finding a solution.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately.
- Assist customers with placing modifying or canceling orders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure highquality service.
- Ensure that customers receive timely followups and resolutions.
