Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customerfocused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services. Your ability to address inquiries resolve issues and provide outstanding customer experiences will contribute directly to the success of Every Word Code.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries through phone email and live chat in a prompt and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services and assist customers with their needs.
- Resolve customer issues by troubleshooting offering solutions and escalating when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and following up as needed.
- Document customer interactions and ensure proper followup.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Assist with process improvements to enhance overall customer service efficiency.
