Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customeroriented Customer Service Representative fluent in Spanish and English to join our team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer service and possess excellent communication skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and provide solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone email or chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Work as part of a dynamic team to meet and exceed targets.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Experience in customer service is mandatory.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
- Availability to work onsite in Lisbon.
