Job Description:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a flair for sales Were looking for a motivated Germanspeaking customer excellence representative to join our team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our Germanspeaking clients offering toptier support and ensuring every customers experience is seamless and memorable.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely from Portugal while being part of an exciting and growing team.
What Youll Do:
- Provide outstanding customer support in German via phone email or chat
- Offer detailed product and service information to address customer needs
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and concerns with professionalism
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction at all times

Who Were Looking For:
- Fluency in German (written and spoken)

- Must be based in Portugal
