Role Overview
- Position: Legal Operation Analyst
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Location: Onsite Oeiras
As a Legal Operation Analyst you will play a key role in content moderation ensuring compliance with policies and addressing legal requests accurately. Your responsibilities will involve reviewing written social media content to identify issues such as fraud or copyright infringement. This role demands attention to detail to meet quality standards and deadlines but it does not involve typing or watching video content. Instead the primary focus will be on evaluating and flagging social media profiles and associated content.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate written content to spot potential fraud or copyright violations.
- Process legal requests quickly and with high accuracy.
- Adhere to and evaluate key performance metrics such as:
- First Call Resolution (FCR)
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
- Stay updated on client guidelines and policies.
- Ensure timely completion of all tasks while maintaining required quality standards.
Mandatory Skills
- Language Proficiency:
- German (fluent)
- English (B2 level minimum)
- Experience:
- No prior experience required; up to 12 months of content moderation experience is preferred.
- Solid understanding of metrics such as FCR SLA and CSAT is advantageous.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Base Salary: 15260 EUR (includes meal and transportation allowances)
- Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of yearly gross base salary
- Language Premium Bonus: 3240 EUR per year
- Total Annual Compensation: 18500 EUR gross

Employment Terms
- Contract Type:
- 2month training agreement followed by a 1year fixedterm contract (30day probation period).
