Job Description
Role: Social Media Content Moderator
Location: POP Porto Office Park Porto
Languages: Italian (C1) OR German English (B2)
Contract Type: Permanent
Base Salary:per year
Daily Meal Allowance
Relocation Package offered
Shifts: 8 hours per day in rotational shifts; 40 hours/week; 5 work days; 2 days off rotational (Monday to Sunday 07:00 16:0014:00 23:00 22:30 07:30)
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate online content including videos complaints and legal notices to ensure compliance with client guidelines.
- Protect customer data and strictly adhere to accuracy and confidentiality standards.
- Audit review and update social media content.
- Handle inquiries and provide quality service to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in PC usage.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Detailoriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
