Are you fluent in French and passionate about keeping social media safe We are looking for Tier 2 Content Moderators to join our team in Portugal. In this role you will review and moderate content on a leading social media platform ensuring compliance with community guidelines.
As a Tier 2 Moderator you will also handle escalated cases assist with customer inquiries and work closely with internal teams to maintain platform integrity.
Review and moderate usergenerated content (text images videos live streams).
Enforce community guidelines and platform policies.
Handle escalations from Tier 1 moderators and provide solutions.
Respond to user inquiries related to content moderation policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation processes.
Ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
Content Moderation: 24/7 rotational shifts (including nights weekends and holidays).
Customer Support: 9:00 21:00 (Day shifts).
Night shifts come with extra bonuses!
Salary: 1050 performance bonuses.
