About the Role:
Are you passionate about social media and live streaming We are looking for Frenchspeaking Social Media LIVE R1 Specialists to join our team in Portugal. In this role you will monitor and moderate live content to ensure a safe and engaging experience for users on a leading social media platform.
As a Social Media LIVE R1 Specialist you will be responsible for reviewing live streams enforcing platform guidelines and handling escalations related to live content. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team ensuring highquality live interactions.
Your Responsibilities:
Monitor and moderate LIVE streaming content in real time.
Enforce platform policies to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
Identify and escalate policy violations or harmful content.
Assist content creators with inquiries related to live streaming.
Work closely with internal teams to improve live moderation strategies.
Work Schedule:
24/7 rotational shifts including nights weekends and holidays.
Night shifts come with extra bonuses!
