- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain client records and update databases with relevant details.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Process orders handle billing inquiries and follow up on customer requests.
- Assist in improving customer service procedures and best practices.
Qualifications :
