3P Resource Management:
o Manage internal orders and share monthly provision and costing data with the sales
finance team.
o Conduct compliance audits for headcount reconciliation hiring and exit processes.
o Follow up on employee attendance and coordinate with Randstad for monthly salary
processing and expense verification.
o Handle TSO incentive calculation checks data validation and invoice processing for
reimbursement salaries FNF and recruitment.
o Arrange tests and interviews manage onboarding logistics (laptops email IDs system
access) and ensure accurate data sharing with stakeholders.
India Sales/Vending Resource Management:
o Reconcile employees' dashboards and manage hiring logistics including scheduling
interviews and preparing offer letters.
o Prepare weekly hiring status reports and negotiate salaries with candidates.
o Assist with new joiner onboarding guest house booking and address employee queries
regarding salaries and reimbursements.
Vendor Management:
o Follow up on new vendor agreements create vendor codes and process recruitment
invoices.
o Ensure timely vendor payments.
Rewards & Recognition:
o Manage contest incentive points address employee queries related to incentives and
procure certificates/vouchers for R&R and contests.
General HR Responsibilities:
o Oversee interview processes offer letter creation and discussions.
o Conduct followups for offer acceptance resignation and date of joining confirmations.
o Handle adhoc employee calls assist new joiners with relocation and onboarding and
maintain invoice and recruitment data.
Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Experience in HR resource and vendor management.
Proficient in MS Office Suite especially Excel.
Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
