Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven IT Recruiter to join our team in Madhapur Hyderabad. This is a 100% onsite role requiring a professional with a strong understanding of the US staffing process including sourcing screening and placing IT candidates for USbased clients. The ideal candidate must be willing to work night shifts to align with US time zones.

Please Note: This role does not include a cab facility. The selected candidate must arrange their own commute.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source screen and evaluate resumes using job boards social media platforms and internal databases to find suitable candidates for IT positions.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates technical skills work experience and cultural fit for specific roles.
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
  • Submit qualified candidates to clients follow up on feedback and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Negotiate pay rates benefits and terms of employment with candidates and clients to close placements.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends including competitive practices client demands and recruitment techniques.
  • Ensure all candidate documentation such as visa status and employment eligibility (H1B OPT CPT EAD GC USC) is accurate and compliant with US regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to maintain a talent pipeline for future opportunities.
  • Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other tools to manage and track candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Align recruitment activities with US time zones to meet client and candidate needs effectively.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter in the US staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of US staffing practices tax terms (W2 C2C 1099) and visa types (H1B OPT CPT EAD GC USC).
  • Proficiency with job portals such as Dice Monster CareerBuilder and LinkedIn along with ATS tools.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Technical aptitude to understand IT roles and skills effectively.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Madhapur Hyderabad.
  • Must be comfortable working night shifts to align with US time zones.
  • No cab facility is provided; the candidate must arrange their own commute.
