Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
Experience in (In Years): 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
Purpose of the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead and oversee our onprem & cloudbased infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AWS and GCP cloud platforms with handson experience in managing and maintaining complex IT environments. Experience with Linux systems is highly desirable.
Key Responsibility Areas

Cloud Infrastructure Management
- Design implement and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP platforms
- Ensure high availability performance and security of cloud resources
- Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization
- Implement and maintain cloud security best practices
- Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans

System Administration
- Manage and maintain onpremise and cloudbased servers network devices and storage systems
- Proactively monitor system performance and identify potential issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and network problems
- Implement and maintain system security measures

Team Leadership
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other IT staff
- Collaborate within the IT Infra team & Software team to ensure seamless integration of systems
- Stay uptodate with the latest cloud technologies and trends

Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure and processes
- Generate regular reports on system performance and capacity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Handson experience with Linux operating systems
- Proven experience managing AWS and GCP cloud environments with relevant certifications (AWSCSA GCCPCA)
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
