Job Description
Position: IT Support
Location: Andheri East Mumbai
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:30 am to 7:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
1.Provide technical support for hardware software and serverrelated issues.
2.Manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructure networks and servers.
3.Ensure smooth functioning of IT operations across the organization.
4.Assist with the installation configuration and maintenance of IT systems.
5.Respond to and resolve IT support requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1.Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field with 13 years of experience.
2. Knowledge of hardware software and server systems.
3. Experience in troubleshooting IT issues and providing solutions.
4. Familiarity with IT operational tasks and network management.
