Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain essential IT infrastructure including operating systems security tools
applications servers email systems laptops desktops software and hardware
2. Take responsibility for projects and solutions within the larger business initiative &
Lead IT projects including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
3. Track and maintain hardware and software inventory
4. Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the
organization to develop solutions for IT needs
5. Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software
6. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
7. Conducting routine evaluations of network and data security
8. Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures and
information security and control structures.
9. Recommend information technology strategies policies and procedures by
evaluating organization outcomes
10. Train employees to use software and hardware; troubleshoot issues and provide
technical support when needed
