Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for applications troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor application performance and ensure system availability.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement improvements.
- Create and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures.
- Assist with database queries and data analysis using SQL.
- Participate in testing and deployment of application updates and enhancements.
- Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in application support or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database management.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
