Role Overview:
We are looking for a Corporate Trainer (IT & Communication) with a strong IT background and expertise in technical training communication skills development and professional growth programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs to enhance employees technical capabilities customer communication and soft skills.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
i. Develop and deliver technical training programs on IT support cloud solutions cybersecurity and other relevant technologies.
ii. Conduct communication skills training to improve verbal and written interactions client handling and professional etiquette.
iii. Create interactive learning modules workshops and assessments to evaluate skill development.
iv. Work closely with department heads to identify skill gaps and tailor training programs accordingly.
v. Train employees on customer service best practices for engaging with UKbased clients.
vi. Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure training remains relevant.
vii. Implement learning management systems (LMS) and digital training tools for remote learning.
viii. Provide oneonone coaching and mentorship for employees needing additional support.
Required Skills & Experience:
i. 37 years of experience in corporate training technical training or IT coaching.
ii. Strong background in IT services cybersecurity cloud solutions or helpdesk operations.
iii. Expertise in communication skills training professional writing and client interaction.
iv. Familiarity with ISO standards ITIL frameworks and best practices in IT service management is a plus.
v. Experience with instructional design elearning tools and LMS platforms.
vi. Excellent presentation public speaking and interpersonal skills.
vii. Ability to engage and motivate learners through interactive training methods.

-Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology (or related technical discipline). -Freshers can be considered and it will be great in case of 1-3 years of relevant experience in L1 technical customer support (voice and email), with a strong customer interaction experience. -Passion to be a part of a hard-working and winning team. -Willing to work in a 24x7 environment and provide weekend coverage, if needed. -Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. -Excellent ability to learn and articulate software-related and technical concepts. -Strong active listening skills and excellent written and oral communication skills. -Excellent Customer Service Orientation. -Strong attention to detail when communicating with customers (verbal & written). -Ability to empathize with customers and convey confidence. -Expertise in working with Microsoft Excel. -Extensive Network knowledge. -Familiarity with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022. -Familiarity with cloud technologies like Office365, Google Suite, and Azure platform.
