Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter with 23 years of handson experience in sourcing and

recruiting candidates for roles in Product development including expertise in JAVA Angular

technologies and Full stack cloud and EDI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record

in talent acquisition and a keen interest in enhancing company branding initiatives Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and desired

candidate profiles.

Source screen and shortlist qualified candidates for open positions.

Utilize various recruitment channels including job portals social media professional

networks and campus placements to attract top talent.

Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates technical skills experience and cultural

fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring a

smooth recruitment process.

Maintain and update the tracking system (TS) with candidate information and recruitment

activities.

Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the companys image as a

preferred employer.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends recruitment best practices and market

intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology or a related field.

23 years of experience in IT recruitment.

Strong understanding of technical job requirements and the ability to assess candidate

qualifications effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms including ATS job boards and

social media channels Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet

deadlines.

Experience in employer branding and promotional activities is a plus.

Job Description Office Administrator The office Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the office. This position requires excellent organizational skills a proactive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including office management clerical duties and providing support to our team. Key responsibilities: Manage office supplies and inventory including ordering and restocking as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing mail packages and correspondence Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain & update inventory records. Greet and assist visitors clients and vendors. Assist with travel arrangement includes reservation of hotels Flight & train tickets VISA Processing etc. Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and office operations Qualification: Bachelor s degree in business administration or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as an office administrator office assistant or relevant role. Proficient in MS Office (word Excel MS Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
