Position Title: IT Recruiter (Fresher)
Location:Charni Road ( only Mumbai based candidates only )
Employment Type: Fulltime
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Fresher IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role you will assist in identifying and recruiting top IT talent ensuring that our technical positions are filled with the bestfit candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers passionate about IT recruitment and eager to grow in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Screening:
- Utilize job portals LinkedIn company databases and other sourcing tools to find suitable candidates.
- Review resumes and evaluate applicants qualifications for technical roles.
Candidate Engagement:
- Conduct initial telephonic or video screenings to assess candidates skills experience and interest.
- Build strong relationships with candidates by providing timely feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with both candidates and hiring teams for feedback.
Database Management:
- Ensure accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
Market Research:
- Stay updated with IT industry trends emerging technologies and recruitment best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR or related fields.
- Strong interest in IT recruitment and willingness to learn technical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn job portals or sourcing tools is a plus.
