What You ll Do
- Design and execute comprehensive search strategies to recruit mid to seniorlevel and niche candidates (leveraging competitive research networking and direct sourcing).
- Lead recruiting initiatives and projects to enhance the candidate new hire hiring manager and recruiter experience.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Track recruitment metrics ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Ensure timely completion of processrelated activities within SLA timelines.
- Maintain team performance by meeting agreed turnaround times (TATs).
- Collaborate with leadership to resolve challenges and drive continuous improvements.
What You ll Need
- 17 years of experience in tech recruitment for junior to midlevel roles.
- Proven success in sourcing active and passive candidates for technical positions using platforms like LinkedIn job boards and AIdriven recruiting tools.
- Indepth knowledge of competitors target companies talent pool mapping and a strong industry network.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data identify trends and provide insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment while meeting and exceeding hiring goals with minimal supervision.
- A team player with a proactive mindset focused on driving innovation and improvements in hiring processes.
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills to collaborate across geographies effectively and cultures.
