Key Responsibilities:
• Source and identify top IT talent for various roles within the organization.
• Handle the full recruitment cycle from screening resumes to offering positions.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and organizational needs.
• Use various recruitment platforms and tools to identify and approach candidates.
• Manage and maintain candidate pipelines for contract staffing requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and suitability.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates.
• Experience in Contract Staffing and handling endtoend recruitment processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Passionate about building strong professional careers and maintaining longterm relationships with candidates.
