Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and resultsdriven Senior Recruiter to join our HR team. The person in this role will be responsible for sourcing screening interviewing and hiring candidates to meet our organization s staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruiting best practices the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively and excellent skills in building relationships with potential hires.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Posting & Advertising:
- Create accurate and compelling job descriptions based on hiring needs.
- Post job openings on various job boards career websites social media and internal company platforms.
Candidate Sourcing & Networking:
- Source candidates through job boards professional networking sites (e.g. LinkedIn) job fairs and other recruiting tools.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for both current and future hiring needs.
Screening & Interviewing:
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications skills and cultural fit.
- Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers or relevant team members.
- Administer skills assessments or other tools if needed.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with department managers and leadership to understand job requirements team needs and rolespecific expectations.
- Provide guidance on recruitment strategies and market trends to ensure a competitive hiring process.
Candidate Experience:
- Manage the full candidate experience from first contact through to the job offer and onboarding.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process ensuring they are informed and engaged.
Offer Management & Negotiation:
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and lead salary and benefits negotiations.
- Coordinate the hiring process ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
Employer Branding:
- Promote the company as an employer of choice through social media job fairs and industry events.
- Help develop and showcase the company s culture values and workplace benefits to attract top talent.
Onboarding Support:
- Assist with the onboarding process ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.
- Coordinate preemployment activities including background checks and reference verifications.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of candidates and hiring metrics.
- Track key recruiting metrics such as timetofill costperhire and candidate satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on recruitment best practices market trends and industry standards.
- Suggest and implement improvements to the recruiting process for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills & Competencies:
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
- Experience in sourcing candidates using various platforms and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
