Job Title: IT Recruiter
Location: Whitefield Bangalore

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter with 0.6 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top IT talent to support our organization s growth and technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
- Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) ensuring accurate documentation of candidate interactions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote Company Name as an employer of choice in the IT industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 0.6 4 years of experience in IT recruiting or technical talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies with the ability to assess candidates effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.
