We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad India to support our US and Canada IT staffing operations. This role involves endtoend recruitment including requirement gathering sourcing screening coordinating interviews and onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of US IT hiring practices visa categories compliance regulations and indemand IT technologies.
Key Responsibilities: - Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with Account Managers and client teams to understand technical job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job portals (Dice Monster CareerBuilder LinkedIn) internal databases referrals and networking to identify suitable candidates.
- Screening & Evaluation: Conduct indepth screenings to assess candidates technical expertise visa status communication skills and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and clients ensuring a smooth hiring process.
- Visa & Compliance Management: Ensure candidates meet US work authorization requirements (H1B TN EAD GC USC etc.) and adhere to US labor laws and hiring compliance.
- Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Facilitate salary negotiations finalize offers and coordinate onboarding with candidates and clients.
- ATS & Documentation: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide timely recruitment reports.
Qualifications & Skills: - Experience: 35 years of US IT staffing experience with handson technical recruitment.
- US Hiring Knowledge: Strong understanding of visa categories W2/C2C/1099 tax terms and compliance regulations.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with IT technologies and roles to effectively screen candidates.
- Recruitment Tools: Proficiency in ATS job boards (Dice Monster CareerBuilder LinkedIn) and VMS platforms.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple job requisitions meet deadlines and adapt to dynamic hiring needs.
- Work Schedule: Willingness to work US EST hours (night shift in India).
