Your Role:
As a DutchSpeaking Customer Service Representative youll play a vital role in ensuring that our Dutchspeaking customers receive the support and solutions they need. Your communication skills patience and expertise will make a direct impact on customer satisfaction. Whether through phone email or live chat your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service building longlasting relationships with our clients and helping them navigate any challenges they face.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Delivering exceptional support to our Dutchspeaking clients via phone email and live chat.
- Resolving customer inquiries technical issues and productrelated concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
- Providing accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
- Managing customer interactions with empathy clarity and a focus on finding the best solutions.
- Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) including response time resolution rates and customer satisfaction.
- Handling customer feedback and complaints with a calm solutionoriented approach.
- Collaborating with your team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Offering suggestions for process improvements and helping enhance the overall service delivery.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Dutch (native or nearnative) and English (written and spoken).
- Prior experience in a customer service or contact center role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A positive proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bucharest Romania.
