What Youll Do:

As a GermanSpeaking Customer Service Representative you will be at the heart of our customer operations providing toptier support to our Germanspeaking clients. Youll engage with customers through various communication channelsphone email and live chatresolving their issues answering questions and ensuring a positive customer experience every time. Your fluency in German will be key to building strong lasting relationships and providing the best solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Germanspeaking clients via phone email and live chat.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries technical issues and productrelated concerns quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are handled with professionalism empathy and a focus on providing solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed performance targets including response times issue resolution rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage and resolve escalated customer issues with a calm and solutionfocused approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best possible customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to help improve internal processes and overall customer service quality.

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluency in German (native or nearnative) and English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a clear friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and the capability to handle challenging customer situations with ease.
  • A selfmotivated individual who can work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
  • A proactive positive attitude and an eagerness to contribute to a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Bucharest Romania.
