Job Description

Job Title: Dutch Customer Support Representative
Location: Hybrid (Remote & Onsite)
Salary: 6500 RON Net/month Meal Tickets (25 RON/day) Retention Bonus (1000 RON net every 3/6/9 months) Private Medical Insurance

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team at Belvilla. As a Customer Support Representative you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing highquality support through various communication channels. Your goal will be to ensure our customers receive excellent service helping them with inquiries troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide information and support regarding Belvilla products services and policies.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Process bookings cancellations and any changes to customer reservations.
  • Handle complaints with professionalism and ensure a resolution that meets customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions feedback and service issues in the companys system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with product offerings and customer service best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
  • Problemsolving skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Customercentric mindset with a passion for providing excellent service.
  • Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken).
